The Full Story
Every February, the Wisconsin Counties Association holds its Legislative Conference in Madison. This two-day event brings together over 200 county board chairs, supervisors, executives, administrators and administrative coordinators from around the state to discuss key issues facing counties and hear from state officials, thought leaders and county peers. In addition, an evening reception is held with members of the Wisconsin State Legislature, Supreme Court, administration officials and other business associates. This unique WCA event gives our vendors and partners a chance to meet other county and state leaders and to share ideas and make vital connections. No other association event offers this intimate setting for vendors and each year, WCA partners with a select group of private sector businesses to sponsor this event.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
All sponsors will receive recognition in print and marketing materials, recognition on the WCA website and social media channels, a link in all WCA electronic communications directly to your company’s website, as well as recognition in video and on screen digital content and recognition in ‘Wisconsin Counties’ magazine.

Premier Sponsor $3,500: Includes 4 full registrations to the event and evening reception, along with 4 additional tickets to the evening reception. A flyer provided by you that highlights your company’s products and services will be included at the registration table.

Elite Sponsor $2,750: Includes 3 full registrations to the event and evening reception. A flyer provided by you that highlights your company’s products and services will be included at the registration table.

Leader Sponsor $2,000: Includes 2 full registrations to the event and evening reception. A flyer provided by you that highlights your company’s products and services will be included at the registration table.

Partner Sponsor $1,500: Includes 1 full registration to the event and evening reception. A flyer provided by you that highlights your company’s products and services will be included at the registration table.

Friend Sponsor $500 (minimum): Includes recognition in print and marketing materials, recognition in video and on screen digital content and recognition in the ‘Wisconsin Counties’ magazine.
THE FINE PRINT
Wisconsin Counties Association shall have the full and final power to interpret and/or revise or amend these rules and regulations which in its discretion shall be in the best interest of the WCA Legislative Conference. The decision of WCA must be accepted as final in any dispute between sponsors or in any situation not covered by these rules and regulations.

Liability: Sponsor agrees that WCA and any of their officers, directors, staff members, representatives or employees are not responsible for, and are released from, any liability as to injury, loss or damage that may occur to the sponsor, the sponsor’s agents or employees, or any other person or to the sponsor’s property prior, during or after the WCA Legislative Conference.

Contract Termination: This agreement may be terminated by WCA at any time upon the breach of any of its conditions by the sponsor, and thereupon all sponsor rights hereunder shall cease and terminate and any payments by sponsor on account hereof prior to said termination shall be retained by WCA as liquidated damages for such breach, and WCA may thereupon resell such sponsorship.

Should WCA hold the WCA Legislative Conference and the sponsor does not attend the event, no refund will be provided.

WCA reserves the right to deny or terminate any contract received.
